Hotel Novotel Domaine De Maffliers - Paris Val-D'Oise

The location is stunning, surrounded by a beautiful chateau park 🌳. the service isn’t great, especially in the restaurant where they seemed untrained and unhelpful with families.

Staff was very friendly. Nice countryside location. relaxing, Very Good family hotel. Value for your money. Breakfast was good if not the best. Car is must , no chances of public transport. Ample free parking, Free WI-FI with good speed.

Only disappointing thing was restaurant. It has very limited menu to offer and food was served cold. Better look out for someting else for dinner.

Perfect and absolutely fantastic hotel, excellent staff, really enjoyed the tranquil location right by Chateau, a flight path for the airport and the restaurant situated in a castle 100 away. The food was appetising and served in the restaurant.

The grounds have a variety of activities like cycling and petanque. The room smelled musty upon arrival.

Good service, provided by the very very helpful staff. I enjoyed the a nice size room with a sofa bed and a view of the park plus facilities to make hot drink.

The comfort of most Novotel/ibis chain I know what to expect and get it usually

air conditioning in the rooms is not top notch and they always get warm and stuff so have to open the windows

Take advantage of the bike rentals offered to explore the beautiful nature trails nearby, which provide a serene escape during your stay.

I enjoy the professionalism of staff, the surroundings, the pool and sauna, the excelent room and the ambience.

We liked the young lady on reception she was very pleasant and knew our names it was very comforting to know the hotel was waiting our late arrival at about 8pm.Thank you to the staff at Novotel Chateau de Maffliers.

Absolutely terrible experience! I arrive, and the bar was closed on a sunday by 8 pm-what kind of place does that? The staff were completely unhelpful, insisting on a meal just for a drink. No iron available for my formal outfit? I almost considered a decent rating, but just couldn't, not worth it.

Very family friendly with well thought out touches such as fixed family main meal menu for 45 euro plus 15 euro for deserts, fed 6 of us. Breakfast only cost 30 euro as you only pay for adults and the selection was superb. Also lots of games available for free, table tennis, pool, badmington, xbox. Only 40 minutes train ride out of centre of Paris, the station is only 4 minutes away with plenty of parking.

The swimming pool was very dirty and smelled so it made it more difficult to entertain the 4 children, the sauna was barely above room temperature.

Great countryside escape 🌿🏞️

The kids loved the pony ride and the pool was a lifesaver in the heat! Staff were proper helpful, always making sure we were sorted. The fact that we could grab bikes and cycle to town for lunch was a lekker touch!

Only downside was the restaurant menu felt a bit sad, could've had more options, especially for lunch.

beautiful location - secluded, spacious grounds, beautiful property convenient - about 20-30min drive to the airport, Villepinte expo, near a train station to Paris, large parking space facilities - large room with separate bath and a shower, separate room for toilet, rooms seem very well insulated and sound proofed (no noise) pool large enough to swim laps, mini-bar/fridge and hot water boiler

room facilities - very little place to store clothes - no dressers, the bathroom doesn't flush very well, the sink didn't drain very well, the safe didn't work and had to have it serviced. The front desk staff was very professional but also maybe a bit annoyed about the complaint. (we felt foolish for complaining) restaurant - the staff was very nice but the food was spotty, some very good dishes and others very bad, a real hit or miss. And you feel a bit trapped because the nearest decent restaurant would be about 15 minutes drive and at night it is difficult to navigate the roads when you are not a local. Full of business meetings and conferences going on during the week - makes it a bit of a tense atmosphere.

This is a great hotel with a great staff.We found the service to be outstanding,and the staff very helpful.The room was large,clean and had many amenities.It is a great base for Paris.We will stay here again.
